Fans of Elizabeth Hendrickson followed her excitement four years ago as she eagerly anticipated the arrival of her first child at a once-in-a-lifetime event.
The COVID-19 epidemic had just locked down the world, and the actress’s birth plan had to be drastically changed in light of the newly implemented health regulations. Before the birth of her child, she shared an explanation of the alterations on Instagram.
“We recently arrived to the hospital. With everything moving so quickly, we’ve made the decision to induce labor. Referring to recent COVID regulations implemented in San Francisco and recent York, “We felt it was best to get her here safely before Rob wasn’t allowed in the delivery room like they’re doing in those cities,” the woman wrote. “The midwives informed us twenty minutes before we arrived at the hospital that only the mother is permitted to leave the hospital with her postpartum child. Rob needs to go. Although we are devastated, we also think I’m in excellent hands.”
That tiny child, who was raised in an environment full of uncertainty and dread, recently turned four and celebrated by taking her parents to Disney environment. Born on March 27, 2020, Josephine James Meder weighed six pounds, eleven ounces. She is a happy little Disney princess who brings her parents delight.
“Josephine James.” Hendrickson posted a series of candid pictures on Instagram under the caption, “I never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be lucky enough to have a daughter as fierce, caring, courageous, and as special as you.” You gave me a big embrace and a bunch of kisses last night, and all you said was, ‘I love you, mama,’ and ‘you’re the best parent.’ I don’t think you understand what that means yet, but it meant the world to me. A mother could never ask for a better daughter than you. This world is brighter because of you. I cherish you. Cheers to your fourth birthday.”
As part of Josephine’s large celebration, Hendrickson gave her some Disney amusement time and posted a picture of the two of them riding the carousel. She also disclosed her plans for their upcoming meeting.
One of my most beloved locations. I apologize for robbing the birthday girl of her ears. 😠Jojo is coming to Space Mountain on our next vacation, which is a California Adventure.
In 2001, Hendrickson made her daytime television debut on ABC’s All My Children as Mary Francis “Frankie” Stone. Later that year, her character was killed off, but because the actress had won over both viewers and program execs, AMC cast her as Frankie’s twin sister, Mary Margaret “Maggie” Stone. In the end, Hendrickson left AMC in 2007. She left The Young and the Restless after six years of service, having joined the cast in 2008. Since then, she has made a number of appearances, but the Emmy-nominated actress disclosed last year that her contract had been terminated.
