Robin Strasser Meets Kristen Alderson’s Baby — See The Sweet Pic!

Kristen Alderson was almost a baby when she was first cast as Starr Manning on ONE LIFE TO LIVE at the age of six! Actress Alderson, who plays the great-niece of OLTL hero Dorian Lord, grew up watching the ABC serial opera and frequently shared scenes with daytime icon Robin Strasser. Off-screen, the two ladies became good friends. Therefore, when Strasser recently met Alderson’s adorable new baby girl, Kiera Sky, it was a very special time for both of them!

On March 24, Strasser, a New Yorker, and her closest friend John went to the Aldersons’ home in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where they spent the day with Kiera, her mother, and grandmother Kathy.

Alderson posted a cute picture of the group on social media. Alderson eventually developed the role of Kiki on that serial opera and brought Starr to GENERAL HOSPITAL. She said, “Look who came to visit today!” “Robin and I both started crying when we saw Kiera today. I have such a particular place in my heart for Robin. Being this close to each other means a great deal to me. She truly is the finest.

“Kiera’s a very happy baby,” Strasser raved, “Being around her makes others happy! That baby smiles! She sleeps happy! She was born into the Alderson family — she knows she’s a loved/lucky kidlette.” The adorable little girl’s father is Alderson’s fiancé, Taylor Crusore.

Since meeting her, I’ve been grinning, Strasser continued. “Although I adore babies, Kiera is such a doll!”

The legendary soap opera star also acknowledged her gratitude for the many years of friendship she has had with Alderson and her mother. “I’m really appreciative of my friendship with Kris and Kathy,” Strasser said. “Wonderful ladies and devoted friends!”

Not all of Alderson’s former OLTL co-stars have traveled to Pennsylvania to meet Kiera, including Strasser. Recently, Brittany Underwood (Langston), her best friend, visited a week with the family and attended Kiera’s one-month birthday celebration! We have no doubt that Kiera will have many more unforgettable moments like those as she gets older!

Alderson said, “A great brunch spread and a great day of laughs.”
