On THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, Redding Munsell has been cast in the role of Harrison Abbott, so Kyle’s little boy will soon have a new look!
On Friday, April 12, the 8-year-old will take over as Harrison in Y&R’s episode. Kellen Enriquez, who played the part originally in May 2021, will be replaced. Although this will be the young actor’s daytime premiere, he has experience with soap operas before: He portrayed Jake, the son of former GUIDING LIGHT star Brittany Snow (Susan), in the 96th Academy Awards short film Red, White, and Blue, which is up for Best Live Action Short Film this year.
In Huricanna, the upcoming biopic on Anna Nicole Smith, Munsell will also star opposite Sylvia Hoeks. Heoks plays the troubled model and actress, while Munsell plays a young Daniel, the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith.

Three years ago was the first time Harrison’s character was introduced. It was then discovered that Kyle had an affair with a married woman while he was residing in New York City; her name was Tara Locke, Harrison’s mother. Kyle was first unaware that his ex-girlfriend had a child, but after seeing pictures of Harrison, he became certain that the youngster was his. especially considering that he was positive Tara hadn’t been having spousal contact with Ashland Locke during their relationship! Naturally, Tara soon came clean about Harrison’s biological parents, and after Tara was jailed for embezzlement, the little child moved live with his father and stepmother Summer.
