Another surprise has altered the EastEnders plot of The Six just when you thought it was over.
In Tuesday’s episode of the BBC soap opera, after Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris) returned to Walford, another character learned the truth about the death of Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
Currently incarcerated for the murder of Keanu, Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) made a fake confession on Halloween in an effort to exert control over his ex-wife Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal).
The Six had hoped that this would be the end of their journey, but Bernie is determined to bring them down and is upset to hear that Nish has taken the fall.
Fans will recall that in September, when their attempts to blame Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) failed during his trial, a guilty Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) confessed to Bernie that she had killed Keanu.
While she was gone in Yorkshire, Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) learned on Tuesday that her fiancée Suki and Nish had been blessed.
Eve begged Suki to explain what Nish had over her since she couldn’t understand why she would have done this, but Suki refused, knowing that she would have to confess to her partner that she was responsible for Keanu’s murder.
Eve rushed out and went to The Vic, where she ran into an upset and inebriated Bernie.
Eve tried to comfort Bernie by assuring her that incarcerated Nish was now where he deserved to be, but the two soon found themselves conversing.
Bernie, however, became enraged and blurted out the truth when she spoke of her love for Suki.
Do you believe she is kind? Sincere? “Well,” Bernie responded, “she ain’t.”
“You see, the unfortunate thing is that Linda killed Keanu, not Nish. and she got away with it thanks to your amazing Suki.
When the truth was revealed to Eve, she was left in shock. What would she do next?
