A 90-minute special featuring Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) with blood on his hands, Harper (Jessica Redmayne) having to make a difficult choice, and two of the show’s favorites sharing a kiss will premiere next Wednesday, November 20.

The official promo for the program has now been released, hinting at what will happen as we bid Summer Bay farewell for another year. To see the entire promo, continue scrolling.

Just when Abigail (Hailey Pinto) began to feel something for Theo (Matt Evans), Mali (Kyle Shilling) had been lusting over her for the previous few weeks.

Theo was compelled to turn down Abby’s date invitation after learning of her drug use because he was worried that it would cause him trouble following his experience with Valerie (Courtney Clarke) earlier in the year.

The scene is set for Mali and Abigail’s romance now that Theo is no longer involved.

Emily Weir’s character Mackenzie tells her roommate, “You’re not denying it any more.” “You’re crushing on Abby.”

During the last week, Abigail organizes and executes the board shop’s Gala Day, surprising Mali.

After learning that his creative agency had altered Kirby’s image on the promotional poster, making her thinner and whiter, Mali canceled the event that she and Kirby (Angelina Thomson) had been arranging for weeks to promote Mantaray Boards.

Abby surprises Mali by holding the event in spite of his choice to cancel it since she believes his company needs the marketing.

Captured in the moment, the couple kisses on the beach, thrilled by the large people the last-minute celebration has attracted.

Is this the beginning of Summer Bay’s next major romance?

The new teaser also highlights Tane (Ethan Browne) and Harper, who are expecting a child together after Harper became pregnant during their one-night stand earlier this year.

Even though Tane had never intended to have a child with Harper, he soon realized that she could provide him the family he had always desired. The two had been hesitantly dating for a few weeks, but Harper is starting to have doubts about their future together.

Harper will have a pregnancy scare in the last week of the 2024 season finale, according to early teasers, and she will have to make the difficult choice of allowing physicians to operate on her unborn child.

Prior to that, though, Harper realizes in tonight’s Australian episode that she and Tane have little to discuss outside of the impending birth of their child, and she starts to question if Tane is only with her because she is pregnant.

As she challenges Tane to go 24 hours without discussing her pregnancy, she tells Dana (Ally Harris), “Tane and I are only together because of the baby.”

It soon becomes evident that they have nothing to say to each other if they don’t have the baby to discuss.

Then, when Harper experiences stomach pains and finds out that her baby’s life is in jeopardy, things get worse.

Harper is taken to the hospital in the last week of the year, where Levi (Tristan Gorey) informs her that a scan has revealed that her unborn child has a lung cyst. If they don’t address the problem, the strain on their organs could lead to cardiac failure.

Levi tells her that a risky in urero surgery would fix the problem, but he cautions her that the procedure might cause her to go into preterm labor.

Tane and Dana start to consider their options, but Harper appears to have already decided that she would not endanger her child’s safety by having the invasive surgery.

“Will I also lose Tane if I lose this baby?” She asks her sister.

However, by refusing to have the surgery, she is putting her own life in peril in addition to the life of her unborn child.

Will Tane be lost along with Harper’s impending baby loss?

Lastly, TV Week hinted earlier this week that in the last week of 2024, someone will have to deal with blood. Although it’s unclear exactly whose blood it is or whether he was at fault, the new teaser makes it apparent that it’s Cash.

The commercial teases, “A night of deadly consequences.”

After finding out that counselor Tim Russell (George Pullar) was seeing his ex-fiance Eden, Cash made it his mission to find out more about him. The video summarizes some of the events that have transpired over the last two weeks.

Cash clarified that he was suspicious about Eden’s new boyfriend, particularly after finding out that they had met through Abby, whom Tim was helping with her drug problems.

Cash started looking into Tim last week, searching his vehicle and getting in touch with everyone in his life, both past and current. Cash contacted Tim’s former client Nerida Mullins (Ellie Gall) at the end of last week.

After discovering a review Nerida had written for Tim on his web page, Cash was able to locate her. Cash was suspicious since she had left three heart emojis. He messaged Nerida on Facecloud, a social media platform, wanting to chat, and she responded with her phone number.

Concerns were raised when Nerida revealed that she and Tim had dated when Tim was her counselor. But is she being completely honest?

Eden was left wondering which of her former fiancé and her current boyfriend was lying to her after Tim denied ever having dated one of his clients when she asked him about it.

Although Cash has trusted Nerida, it appears that there may be more to her than meets the eye.

Next week, Nerida instructs Cash, “Tell your ex to watch her back.”

On Wednesday, November 20, the newly reunited Lyrik gang—Remi (Adam Rowland), Eden, Kirby, and Theo—as well as band manager Justin (James Stewart), Bree (Juliet Godwin), and of course, Tim—will head to a lavish private estate to practice in the triple-episode finale.

Tim and Eden want to spend some time together, away from Cash, who has been obsessively trying to “protect” Eden.

When Cash returns to Summer Bay, he discovers that the house where Eden and her Lyrik bandmates reside has been completely demolished. The place has been torn apart, and the word “BURN” is scrawled across the door of their open refrigerator.

Who has anything to be angry about?

After that, Cash shows up without warning and delivers a sobering warning that he wishes to deliver to Eden.

“I believe you might be in danger,” Cash says to his ex-fiance. “You must keep your distance.”

“I won’t. I’d prefer not to see you or speak with you. Eden steps in.

Should she follow Cash’s suggestion, though?

Are Cash’s worries justified? Or has the broken police officer finally lost it and done something unimaginable?

Nerida cautions, “I’d hate for her to get in the way.” Is she trying to warn Eden away from Tim, or is she acting on her own agenda?

Things take a bad turn when Cash shows up at Lyrik’s opulent retreat and Remi sees a “intense clash” between Tim and Cash.

When Cash deliriously regains consciousness in the teaser, he is seen to be bruised and covered in blood.

He lies on the ground, his hands bloody, his ears ringing, struggling to get to his feet.

Cash seems to be staring at another person, who may or may not be conscious, who is lying on the ground in front of him.

As the teaser concludes, Justin asks Cash, “What the hell have you done?” after discovering the gory scene.

In the dramatic 2024 season finale of Home and Away, who will battle for their life?
