General Hospital Spoilers: Spinelli’s Sudden Proposal Shocks Maxie!

Spoilers for General Hospital hint at When her mother Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) hatched a scheme to surreptitiously assist Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) in getting out of a financial bind, Maxie was incensed.

Spinelli made up the story that he was in need of housing and that his apartment’s pipes had broken. As scheduled, Maxie promised to let her ex live with her for a while.

Spinelli accepted, provided he had the money for rent. Maxie was soon debt free thanks to the successful plan. However, while they were sharing a roof, something unexpected happened to both of them.

Although he put those sentiments down, Spinelli never truly lost love with Maxie since he accepted long ago that their only future together was friendship.

Since Spinelli, Maxie has been in relationships that have either ended in death, betrayal, or dishonesty.

However, being so near to one another caused long-forgotten emotions to emerge, and finally the two kissed and even confessed their love to one another.

At last, Spinelli acknowledged that his pipes had not actually burst and that his move in was a ruse to help Maxie pay off debt. Maxie finally forgiven Felicia and Spinelli, even though she was still very angry with them.

When they learned that Steve Burton’s character Jason Morgan was still alive, they started to get closer once more. Even if it appears that the pair is back together, Maxie is still adamant that Spinelli move out.

She probably wants to start afresh, which would entail dating as opposed to living together.
