Emmerdale exit ‘sealed’ for beloved villager as fans ‘work out’ newcomer betrayal

Exclusive: After being abducted by the villain Harry on Wednesday night, Emmerdale stalwart Chas Dingle found herself in trouble.
After being abducted by newcomer Harry (Robert Beck), Chas Dingle (played by Lucy Pargeter) has drawn the attention of Emmerdale viewers, who are worried about her safety.

After realizing her new love interest Simon was not who she thought he was, Chas was put in danger at the conclusion of Wednesday’s ITV episode.

However, when Harry took Chas to a remote location, things took an unexpected turn.

Harry referred to Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), Chas’ nephew, as saying, “If I’d had the chance, I would have brought him up here to sort it out.”

Chas replied to Harry, “I have no knowledge of that.”

Harry cautioned: “You don’t need to, you just need to keep your mouth shut and do exactly what I say.”

Harry was overheard discussing Chas with a coworker on the phone as the episode came to a close.

“Nope, that stupid cow had no idea. You ought to have seen the expression on her face when I said…,” he said.

“You know, I guess… But it’s finished now. Prepare yourself because the other members of the group have no idea what is about to happen to them.

Chas’ blood-stained bracelet was last picked up off the ground by the villain, leading fans to speculate that she may have passed away.

Many viewers expressed their opinions about Chas’ fate on Twitter, with @erinz tweeting: “There is so much going on! #Emmerdale Has he killed Chas?

Jeff Hordley and Will Ash spoke with Express.co.uk and other media in an exclusive interview about their characters’ worries for their sister.

Will responded, “Yeah, definitely, because he (Harry) has guns and stuff like that and that’s how we got involved with him because he was using my car with us to transport the guns. That’s why Caleb is scared for Chas.

“And it’s definitely outside of my field of expertise. He has, in my opinion, more edge than we do.

“We know we are out of our depth dealing with someone like that.”
