After A Pair Was Torn Apart, Emmerdale Viewers Helped Bernice Blackstock 'sort Out' Her Romance.

Following her romance with Liam Cavanagh, Emmerdale mainstay Bob Hope ultimately dumped Wendy Posner.

After Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) broke up with Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson), Bernice Blackstock (played by Samantha Giles) is expected to find love.

In his hospital bed, Bob told Wendy that things were “for good this time” over since he couldn’t forgive her for betraying him.

The nurse attempted to defend her relationship with the statement, “I could be a different person, it wasn’t real life.”

Bob retorted angrily, “So you weren’t snogging him in the office every chance you had?”

What do you know? I won’t repeat this action. You’re attempting to construct an entire narrative around your status as a victim, Wendy asserted.

Bob screamed, “You had the affair, not me, and you won’t let me forget it.

Look, Bob, I know how much I heard you and I regret that every single day, but we don’t talk about your prior affairs with partners enough.

“I had a heart attack and am currently lying here.” Bob continued, telling Wendy that he couldn’t forget their relationship.

The nurse said, “You’re going to be sick every time you see Liam,” to which Bob replied, “No!

“I’m not participating in your project; this is my problem, not yours. We’re done; this time, it’s over for good.”

Following the episode, viewers discussed the plot on Twitter and predicted that Bernice and Bob would fall in love as well as that Wendy would return with Liam.
