Sarah Platt believes that DAMON Hay vowed to give up a life of crime, but she is unaware that he is actually working with his half-brother Harvey Gaskell.

When she realizes, though, the Coronation Street criminal will have a lot to explain. Is there a risk to their relationship?

Returned to the cobbles earlier this year, Sarah Platt (the legendary Tina O’Brien) was eager to give Damon Hay (Ciarán Griffiths) another chance.

But Damon had to give up a life of crime in order to ultimately live the life he desired with her, and he did as far as Sarah knows.

ITV viewers may recall that in an effort to protect Sarah and her daughter Bethany from harm, Damon actually consented to assist his jailed brother Harvey Gaskell (may Mellor) with a robbery.

After the criminal called out a hit on the two women, Damon decided to assist Harvey, even though this merely caused Adam Barlow to get hurt and wind up in the hospital.

As previously indicated, Sarah is unaware of Damon’s most recent trick with Harvey.

But what will happen to her when she gradually comes to understand that Damon has been lying to her?

Next week, it all starts when Sarah discusses Ed Bailey’s (Trevor Michael Georges) work for Damon with him.

She quickly discovers that Damon has been lying to her as the talk goes on.

What will be Damon’s response, and how can he escape this situation?

Will Sarah and Damon’s romance last?

Subsequently, Sarah makes a call to her ex-husband Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) at the corner store apartment, requesting to postpone the sale of the apartment for the time being.

Adam tells her there’s no rush, but Sarah tells him it’s too soon and rushes out when he hesitantly says it would be wonderful if they could be friends again.

When Sarah cheated on Adam with Damon, their marriage appeared to come to an end.

Adam turned to Niall and unleashed him on Damon, determined to get rid of his opponent.

Damon was forced to walk off the cobbles in order to save his own skin as a result.

Could he, however, soon get revenge on Damon by taking Sarah back?
