This evening’s Rugby World Cup will take the place of the long-running soap opera.
The program usually airs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but a change in the schedule was necessary to make room for the prestigious sporting event.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week, the soap opera instead broadcast three episodes.
The next episode of viewers’ favorite soap opera won’t air until Monday, so they’ll have to make do with tonight’s Argentina v. New Zealand match on ITV.
Fans are furious because they won’t be able to watch the show on Friday at the scheduled time.
Stop messing around with the scheduling, a user on X (Twitter) said. Elderly people who are housebound depend on routine. The rugby is a waste of time. (sic)
Another irate supporter exclaimed, “Oh no! By now, the bloody rugby must be over. One more useless Friday night TV. Not everyone of us has Netflix, etc. (sic)
